Alerion has added 3 new partners, Nathalie Dupuy-Loup in the Industrial Risk-Insurance-Real Estate department, Sibylle Mareau in the Litigation department and Antoine Rousseau in the Corporate department.
- Nathalie Dupuy-Loup began her career at Bignon & Lebray before joining Alerion in 2003 when the firm was founded. Nathalie deals astutely with all areas of industrial risk, personal injury claims and insurance. As a new partner within the Insurance-Industrial Risk-Real Estate department, Natalie is responsible for the development of industrial risk, insurance practice and personal injury claims practice in relation with professional risks.
- Sibylle Mareau becomes a partner in the Litigation department in which she has been working since the firm was founded. Sibylle has an expertise in white collar crimes. She thus advises and/or represents companies, their directors or shareholders in anticipation or in the course of criminal proceedings. Sibylle also acts in the field of corporate and banking litigation. Her training in mediation enables her to envisage an alternative to trial when possible.
- Antoine Rousseau as a new partner of the M&A corporate department, will continue his principal activity in M&A with a focus on complex cross-border transactions, industrial restructuring and real estate deals. He is also specialized in Private Equity and handles LBO’s. Besides the corporate clients, he also assists non profit organisations. Antoine has also become the third partner of the African Desk alongside Christophe Gerschel and Jacques Bouyssou.
