Compliance & Regulatory

Our lawyers take the time to understand your activity, your products and your services as well as your economic model and your business environment.

You are… a manufacturer or a service provider, an international group or a start-up, a small or medium-sized business or even an investor.
You are looking to… establish strong corporate governance practices, guarantee the compliance of your activities, monitor your regulatory environment, maintain your good reputation on the market or make sure you can sustain your competitive edge.

Our lawyers take the time to understand your activity, your products and your services as well as your economic model and your business environment. This allows them to advise you and assist you with the implementation and/or maintenance of a defined legal and regulatory framework, helping you to safeguard your interests.
We will work by your side and interact with you to analyse your situation, submit our recommendations to you, help you with their implementation and assist you before the authorities and courts. We work in close collaboration with other specialists (consultants, auditors, communication & PR…) both in France and abroad, thanks to our network of correspondents.

We help you to implement your internal rules, establish adequate documentation (contracts with your employees and suppliers/service providers/partners, Codes of conduct and Policies, whistleblowing schemes, rules and principles of governance, evaluation forms, declarations and applications to the authorities, etc.). We accompany you – and, if necessary, represent you - before the supervisory authorities, to obtain authorisations, permits or licences. We assist in the event of audits, both during the preliminary investigation phase or during dawn raids. We can also provide training and awareness programmes at all levels of the business : from management to operational teams.
