Gérald Lagier works in all areas of property and construction law, regarding both their private and public law aspects.
He thus assists his customers from the conception of the property operation (sale or acquisition, town planning, assembling property packages, expropriation), during the operation’s realization (urgent preventive proceedings, private or public works contracts, disputes during site works) and throughout the building’s existence (particularly as regards the liability of building contractors and neighborhood disturbances). He also deals with numerous commercial leases in an advisory capacity or in disputes.
Gérald Lagier holds the DEA diploma in general private law and the DESS diploma in property and construction law from the Paris II-Assas University and has been a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 1998.
After spending two years within a firm specializing in property, he joined Bignon & Lebray and then Alérion when it was created in 2003. He became a partner in 2007.
He is a member of the French Association of Legal Experts in Property Law (AJEDIM) and the French Association for Construction Law (AFDC) and regularly dispenses training in construction law.
