Mathias Kuhn works in the Contracts, Competition, Distribution and Consumer law department.
He advises clients in all areas of commercial law, particularly in contractual matters, and on the challenges imposed by competition, distribution and consumer laws. Mathias is involved at both the pre-litigation and litigation stages in these domains. He has also acquired expertise in the field of compliance, in particular with regard to anti-corruption regulations.
He holds a master’s degree in European Business Law from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas and a master’s degree in New Technologies law from the University of Strasbourg/CEIPI. Mathias has been a lawyer at the Paris bar since January 2016 and joined Alérion in March 2019.
After working for a company in the new technologies sector and for a specialist corporate law firm in London, Mathias spent four years in the Competition and Commerce department of an Anglo-Saxon firm.
Mathias Kuhn also gives lessons on international contract law and the implementation of a compliance programme to international students at the Ecole Supérieur de Commerce in Clermont-Ferrand.
