Privacy protection

In accordance with the provisions of Section 22 of Act no. 78-17 dated January 6, 1978 as amended by Act no. 2004-801 dated August 6, 2004, the processing of any personal data collected from the Web Site has been previously declared in France to the French Data Protection Authority (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés) pursuant to a declaration filed under the number 1351180.

The only personal data (hereinafter the “Personal Data”) collected through the Web Site and processed by Alérion consists in Users’ surnames and first names, electronic mail addresses and phone numbers, provided so as to identify themselves upon sending electronic mails to Alerion. Any other personal data is optional and voluntarily provided by the User in his or her electronic mail.

Personal Data is only used for purposes of replying to electronic mails sent to Alerion or to its members and is kept only for the period necessary in that aim.

Personal Data collected through the Website and processed by Alerion is not sold or rented, free of charge or at a fee, to third parties.

Alerion is the legal person responsible for processing Personal Data on its own behalf.

Every User proving their identity can demand that their Personal Data is provided to them or, as appropriate, rectified, completed, updated, or deleted. Every user proving their identity may also object to their Personal Data being processed for legitimate reasons.
