Philippe Pescayre is the Managing Partner of Alerion and is a lawyer specialising in tax law. He works in particular on wealth tax, company tax and property tax matters. He assists his customers with the daily management of their tax issues or in the context of restructuring and investment projects. He also undertakes provides assistance with tax inspections or disputes.
Philippe started his career with Bignon & Lebray. He joined Alerion as a partner in 2009, after spending nearly ten years with the law firm EY (formerly Ernst & Young).
He is a lawyer at the Paris Bar and holds a DJCE-DESS in business law and tax and the diploma of the Paris II Institute of Business Law.
Philippe is a member of the IBA (International Bar Association) and of the French Institute of Tax Advisory Lawyers (IACF).
