Stanislas Vailhen helped create Alerion in 2003. He became a partner in 2008 and currently works in the Tax Department. He began his career working for Gide in 1999 and then went on to work for Bignon & Lebray.
He specializes in innovation tax credit systems, corporate tax law, and property taxation, including indirect tax. He regularly assists clients in tax audits, lobbying operations, and disputes before the French and European courts, particularly on issues of compatibility with community law. He regularly assists management companies in structuring wealth tax (ISF) funds with the AMF (French Financial Markets Authority).
Stanislas Vailhen is a lawyer at the Paris Bar and has an LLM in international business law (University of Exeter, UK) and a DESS diploma in tax law from the University of Dijon.
Stanislas is also member of the IBA (International Bar Association) and the IFA (International Fiscal Association).
